Prior to purchasing this bag I read reviews of other bags including one of Jackson's that didn't fit the longer scale neck. This one fits with just a little bit of extra space. It appears thicker and heavier duty than the Jackson or Gator cases too.

Amateur picker.

I use this bag for several offset guitars, and it is very good for the Epiphone Moderne, fits just right at bottom and has 2 inches to spare above headstock.
Musical Background:

It definitely fit snug for my Epiphone explorer. The material doesn’t feel cheap and it’s worth every dollar!

I could never find a case for my Extura since it had a slightly different shape from a normal explorer but this fits it perfectly.

"WT Explorer Gig Bag, better than expected"

Explorer bags are pretty hard to find at any price, just not many options. Then the World Tour Deluxe Explorer Gig Bag pops up in the search....hmm, seems too affordable (cheap) to be any good.Surprised by what came in the box, really surprised! It fits my explorer like a glove, the fit and finish is really nice - especially for the price!I have bags with more padding, and also others that have far less padding, so this WT Explorer bag is somewhere in the middle. All the stitching and zippers are solid, no issues found at this point. So, is a gig bag right for you and your guitar? That depends on how you use it and what you use if for. Is this a flight case, absolutely not. I should be good for home storage, casual local transport... but you have to take care of your gear. If you toss it around, it will get damaged.I would definately buy this bag again... maybe I need another Explorer, so I can order another bag. That could work!

A surprisingly good, budget friendly bag!Finding a gig bag to fit an explorer is a challenge, not many options available to us.Of those that claim to fit, the price is often pretty high. This "budget" friendly option, made me question the quality of the bag.Honestly, I am more than please with the purchase.I will be using this bag for temporary storage, light duty transit situations, not for shipping, not for extended travel... light duty ( it's not a hard case ).That said, the 20mm padding, zippers, handles, and straps all seem well made. The fit and finish is more than I expected for the price. If you have a $2K guitar, you will probably find a higher quality/higher prices bag, or more likely a hard case. This bag seems very good for its price point.Happy Giggin!
