I do not know where to start. I have been using a lot of reverb pedals like Eventide , Lexicon , Digitech , Electro Harmonix , Boss ….name it. Bought this unit week ago . Needed some reverb pedal which is simple in use , have hall and plate reverb and sounds great when connected straight to high gain amp. I'm using Laney AOR 100 MV which doesn't have onboard reverb and it loop is +8 dB . Sound of this reverb is totally fantastic . It has probably best decay I ever heard in reverb pedal. Since I always have a problem with decay adjustment in other pedals , with Walrus it goes very smooth . Also modulation switch is very useful. You can adjust strength of modulated signal , but the smartest thing is sustain switch which actually work as expression pedal By pressing it you got endless sustained ambient decrescendo and it sounds really amazing. In general you got very high quality reverb pedal which is not that expensive ( also not cheap) , very simple in use and totally great sounding ., I gave it 5 stars in every category . I didn't use yet manufacturer support and my five stars is just in advance for Walrus. I have read before opinion of other users about walrus support, and everybody loved it, so for now they have my 5 stars.

I didn't know anything about this pedal i just got it because i know walrus makes good stuff. It is easy to dial in and can satisfy most people's needs plus it has a cool effect on the trail of the reverb you can dial to be very daunting or very subtle. It has a mini toggle to have the mod effect off, on ,or intense. I like the plate reverb and the mod on but dailed close to the original reverb tone. Has cool damper knob to i use to set the effect on the dry. I set the decay to roll off the effect similar to my blues jr reverb tank. Mix is for how much reverb i want. The cool thing too is the sustain switch(both are clickless bypass so you can use these barefoot and no switch sound) which hold the reverb out and really intensifies as long as you hold it down which is good for selected notes or parts. The LED is too bright for me but would be cooler with a different color than white. Maybe a yellowed or aged light color like the artwork so it might be like it is the submarines light idk. Yes it is two benjamins but it is quality.

I bought this thing with high expectations and have yet to be disappointed. It’s more reverb than you could ever possibly need and it’s super easy to dial in whatever tone you are looking for. It may be a little more expensive than some reverbs but you definitely get what you pay for with this pedal. I haven’t had to deal with the manufacturer so I can’t comment on support but knowing these guys it won’t be an issue. Certainly a must have for your pedal board

Just not for me. I got caught up in the mesmerizing artwork but at the end of the day this verb just didn't do it for me. This pedal was just too warbly for my tastes
