Sound
High quality cable helps deliver high quality sound. This is high quality without doubt. The sound from our drum mic's was INSTANTLY improved.
Features
The XLR connections are clearly numbered, not some cheesey numbered piece of tape on the wire! The box to plug cables into is heavy duty and sharp looking. I only gave it a 9 because nothing's perfect, but I have yet to find a flaw.
Ease of Use
As I said above, I bought this to use for our drummers mic's. The quality of the signal reaching the board improved instantly. We were trying to do a bit of recording and couldn't seem to get the drums in the mix properly. As soon as we had the signals going through this the drum sounds came alive! Went from barely hearing them to turning them down. Impressive.

Excellent! First rate, top shelf (pick a descriptor for yourself), this is good stuff.
Value
This product delivers a high quality signal and has gotten 5 cords out of the way in our jam room and improved the quality of our recording significantly.
Manufacturer Support
Don't know from this product but I had one of their guitar cords (several years ago) I bought used and they still helped me with a plug issue.
