As a mic preamp it sounds great. As a stereo processor it sounds great. It has two sets of balanced I/O, so one would assume this box can fill both roles. It cannot. Only one set of inputs and one set of outputs can be physically connected at one time. In order to use the mic inputs the line inputs must be disconnected, and vice-versa. It's the same deal with the outputs. It does so well, however, in either role, I may need to buy a second one. This is my first Warm Audio product, and I'm already feeling a little bit tricked. I've got half a mind to spend more on somebody else's 351 clone instead.
