I purchased this guitar last August. Now, I found that the tuners are loose. I tried to contact Washburn through their website (3) times with no response. zZounds gave me an 800 number that lead me to K&M Music. K&M Music did nothing for me but lie. I was supposed to recieve an email with return instructions and that did not happen. I will not buy or recomend purchasing guitars from zZounds in the future.
