Banjo arrived with bridge missing -- I tore all packaging apart looking for it, but it's just not there. Your staff were very helpful over the phone and tried (still trying?) to find a replacement; they also suggested returning the pak for a swap-out, but by now repackaging it from scratch for a return is not worth the money and trouble for a low-end item.
