I've had my fair share of overdrives through my 15 plus years of playing mad I had never tried a Wampler. I hit myself in the head for not having their brand on my board earlier! I upgrade from a Bogner Ecstacy blue and have not looked back. Absolutely versatile overdrive with great stacking within itself potential! Don't pass this pedal, or brand up! Play Wampler!!!

This pedal is the reason we tone search. Wampler nailed it. Tracks everything you do on the guitar perfectly and flawlessly. The way its designed makes different tones easy to access and a pleasure to play. Outstanding!!!!

I bought this on the recommendation of a fellow GAS enjoyer and after watching a youtube vid. I intially had it plugged into a Peavey Valve King 100 and I found it to bright...I ultimate found it to be the amp that was the issue as once I plugged it into my Carvin V3 it sounded excellent...especially on the 2nd stage of the pedal with my already distorted rhythm channel...and it was still pretty quiet...some top notch components in that pedal. I still have more messing around to do with the pedal but it is a very welcome addition to my rig.
