I have yet to be able to get the software thru a 4 hour show successfully. I bit disappointed. It freezes up and/or crashes. Some of the features (drunk lock, particularly) found in the Demo were not included.
Value
If I can get it to work properly, it might be worth the price.
Manufacturer Support
no phone support, must fill out a support ticket.

can't get through 4 hours without freeze-up,or crash.also cannot figure out ID tags to make lists uniform .cannot find anyone who can give any assistance.!!!
