The Bluetooth works fine on these, but I was looking for sound isolation. These do not deliver. I have had two pairs of the KAT Isolation headphones, and they are excellent. I can mix the sound along with the drums through my board, and have a great mix at low volume, with no outside bleedthrough. With the Vic Firth the outside sound of the drums overwhelms the the sound through the head phones unless you turn it up so loud as to defeat the purpose of sound isolating headphones. And of course they can’t be returned once opened… I do not recommend…

I love Zzounds and have bought quite a few good quality things from them but I ordered these and they are worthless, the sound crackles, is distorted and has low volume, they are poorly engineered and you can't easily pull them out, I was afraid they would break if I pulled too hard, you can't send them back, special conditions, my fault I should have read that and Vic firth won't answer phone and I contacted them on email website gave my info and it didn't acknowledge it got sent, strange. I've been a guitarist, singer, drummer and audio engineer for 56 years, have bought Zildjian cymbals, their parent company for years and also Vic firth drum sticks.
