I expect to keep this for many years. The only additions I might make would be additional clamps or tribars for a 3rd keyboard.
Sound
It's quiet :)
Features
The height of the 2 keyboards is fully adjustable. I needed to put my 2 Yamaha KX61 controllers very close to mimic an organ, and this met my requirement, unlike other stands.
Ease of Use
It was simple to put together. Make sure to tighten the screws at the bottom to avoid shake. I wish there was a way to tighten the tribars too since I'm using the stand at home.
Quality
All the parts are well made, no problems.
Value
Nothing else on the marked compared at this price for this feature set. In fact, only other more expensive Ultimate stands had the features I wanted.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to use support.

Ultimate Support DX48B Customer Review

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Nice budget stand with a quick setup and tear down time. In electronic music a small stage footprint can make the difference between who gets booked and who doesn't.
Sound
gave it a five because it makes no sound.
Features
it sets up quickly and easily... unfortunately the pieces do not fit in the stand as with other Ultimate stands. I'd hate to loose a cross piece or rung.
Ease of Use
You would have to be stupid like dirt to need a manual.
Quality
I'd be nervous about putting a workstation on it... but it's fine for controllers or less important gear. it DOES have a tip factor if it's bumped at an angle.
Value
for the money its great. Can't beat $100 for a a reliable quick setup stand. My partner uses an A frame... I'm always set up WAY before him.
Manufacturer Support
haven't dealt with them
The Wow Factor
I like the look of Ultimate stands on stage. very low profile, and sci-fi.
