Features
folds up flat for sliding beside guitar in car trunk. Also, has no parts that can fall off and get lost. Plastic is durable and light. Flat black finish looks nice on a stage (no bright orange rubber tubes).
Value
$25 for a guitar stand seemed high, but I've been really happy with it.
