I have been playing bass for 25 years, gear I'm using is a custom pj bass with passive dimarzio pups, with series parralel switching,a peavey Vb2 tube head ,2 1x15 cabs loaded with eminence legands. Trace Elliot review: it's awesome i set all the eq before i even plugged it in,instant gratification, and the overdrive is killer and musical actually responds well to fingerstyle very smooth, compressor is killer I just set both bands hi,lo at 9 o clock, I think it sounds best with everything on,pre,od,comp,eq,just pre and comp good too, very pleased,i was running straight into the effects return right into the power stage, couldn't get a bad sound, I'll run into the front in awhile and see what that's like,so 2 thumbs way up for Trace Elliot Transit B, Feels very solid and professional Fyi.thanks zZounds for 4 pay and quick shipping, now I need an 810 cab .I haven't had to use manufacture support but I gave it a 5 anyway, idk is not an option

Wow! I was really excited to try this out but was not prepared on how much more this would exceed my expectations. I haven't had it for more than a few hours and I was able to get some really beefy tones. Didnt even realize my ASAT could sound this good! I'd highly recommend it and this is only after playing around with it for a couple of hours. I'm very excited about all the options and the built in tuner is a nice bonus. Again I'd highly recommend! I don't think you'll be sorry. Wise choice and very impressive

Been playing Bass for 16 years

The Transit-B sounds great, be it plugged into an amp or directly into the PA. The tone is clear and punchy, and the variety of options make for a very versatile and great sounding pedal. The pre-shape button gives a quick and instant tone change, scooping the mids and boosting the lows and highs with the touch of a button. The distortion sounds great, and the compressor is super helpful too. The variety of options including pre and post processing XLR outputs, the switches for active and passive input signal along with a bass enhancer, make it easy to get a great sound from any bass going into any amp or speaker system. I think it is very appealing for those who want a compact but very feature packed pedal that is great for both live performance and recording in almost any scenario.

Musical Background:

Professional bassist that plays with local bands

Musical Style:

Rock, Metal, Country, Blues
