I was looking for something that would give me compact unit that would leave me prepared for any eventuality. This box with its outstanding effects for acoustic, and great options for output, leaves me feeling prepared for any eventuality. No direct box needed! Its very small footprint gives me a lot of functionality in a very small space, without chincing on quality. IT feels durable and substantial without being a tank.My Taylor K14C sounds awesome through it!Its hard to comment on customer service when you have had no need to contact the Mnfg. so don;t consider my rating on that since I cant really comment

Everything about this pedal fills the demanding needs of stage acoustic players. Having all the FX onboard -- wonderful. The selection of outputs -- right to the PA without an extra (DI) unit on the pedal board. I have never heard my Ovation (Dave Amato signature) sound so good! The on-board tuner is very precise. The boost -- and all FX -- are adjustable both in level and intensity. The piezo option really adds clarity for guitars with it.The "pre shape" EQ would make you think a modern electric is a Hummingbird on a Sennheiser mic.I only recently added it to the stage rig, but I can't find anything missing (other than Compression, which is really not needed and generally over-used).My only negative is that the printing (identifying the knobs) on the face is very light (non-contrasting) in color, making it less than readable under direct sun or low light (stage) conditions.
