"Owner"
Zzounds has a phone # and I could talk to a sales person that I could understand. The equipment was everything I expected at a much lower price than expected. I was happy in everyway.

Like the unit very much. The only flaw we can find is the fact that if you stop it and start again the next day or later that day, it starts the cd over from the beginning.

"TEAC CD Player Great - Support Questionable"
Verified Purchaser

I received the CD player about 10 days ago. Had trouble fining a multi disc player that would fit in my TV stand. The TEAC is smaller than most and fit the bill. It arrived with a remote control that didn't work. When I called zZounds they advised they didn't carry parts for this and suggested I might be able to buy one from TEAC. I emailed TEAC on 12/20/13 and so far have only received an automatic reply acknowledging receipt of my email. The player works great but it would be nice if someone would stand behind the product.
