I have a Pod v2, and its decent. I will still use it for certain things, but i really love the Sansamp. It just sounds "analog" to me. Much more sensative to the type of guitar and pickups, and well as pick and finger attack and dynamics. Wouldnt use it for Nu Metal, or crystal clean tones. But everything in between, the Sansamp is the best ive heard or used as far as amp modelers, bar none.
Sound
I love the sound. It was exactly what i was expecting. Very straight up, straight forward, tube amp sound. No bells or whistles. No digital signal path. Just a few great, "Use everyday" very warm, musical tones.
Ease of Use
About as easy as it gets.
