Typically I tune my drums by ear and usually am successful in getting a real good sound. I play Yamaha Recording Customs which have a very wide tuning range. Their tone is very dynamic. With Tune Bot, I was able to get a level of accuracy that is remarkable. I noticed the overall consistency of the tone of my drums was amazing. They are always mic'd and off tuning stands out if not done precisely. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use the Tune Bot. It also made it quicker to tune. Excellent tool. If you are fanatical about the sound of your drums, you really will love this.
