The best if only compromise between the minis and full size. It is a GREAT instrument. I played the baby electric as well and it is the best in its field. I have had no contact with manufacturer to judge support.

Bought this for my 9 year old son, who's been taking lessons and playing in school for about 6 months. It's the perfect side for him and sounds great. Like any smaller sized guitar, it doesn't have as much volume as a full dreadnought, but the tone is great, and it's super nice to have a built-in tuner. I'm not a guitar player, but a friend who is said the action seemed just a tad high, but that's easily corrected later if needed. Overall happy and would buy it again.
