Recently bought a 714ce from zZounds and it arrived in absolutely perfect condition, well set up and without a single flaw I could find (and I tried). Just a beautiful instrument with an elegant, "woody" understated aesthetic, a gorgeously balanced sound and maybe the most comfortable neck ever. So glad I purchased.

I've seen some mixed reviews for zZounds, so I just wanted to say they did okay by me. I ordered a guitar (by serial number after viewing photos - a very nice feature), and it arrived in a timely manner and in beautiful condition. I had no problems, and I have no complaints. The guitar itself, being a Taylor, is wonderful.
