There are alot of mixed reviews about the es2 pickup system in these guitars but always liked the way taylors sounded so I decided to get one,,, acousticly this guitar sounds amazing, plugged in, not so much,,, I don't know if maybe some of these come with bad piezo pickups or what but this guitar was super quiet, around -35 dB, second, has an awful quacking noise on the G string, I've read the manual and loosend the pickup and all it did was move the quacking down 2 frets. Waiting for taylor to respond to an email I sent regarding this. But I have seen videos where this guitar sounded good plugged in and other videos of people hating the es2 system so I don't know for sure if some are just being shipped from the factory with a bad pickup or what.
