I recently picked up the Taylor 214ce-K V2 and I can't say enough good things about it. This guitar is flat out gorgeous. The layered koa back and sides paired with the sitka spruce top give it a look that punches well above its price point. I never have to fight it to get the sound I want out of it.And I have to talk about the Aerocase that comes with it. If you've ever worried about tossing a nice guitar in a gig bag and just hoping for the best, this case solves that problem. It's crazy lightweight, which is a lifesaver when you're hauling gear in and out of venues all night, but it gives you real protection that a standard gig bag just can't. I'm sending this one back so I didn't do a string change. It has a bluegrass twang to it. Almost a poppy sound like a banjo. Not my taste but the build quality is perfect and the structured bag is nice.
