I have bought and sold too many Taylors to count over the years, this is a keeper. Small body size is comfortable and the sound is absolutely huge! Punchy and loud, just great. I also prefer the slightly slimmer neck on this guitar, my hands do not like the wider necks and this is slimmer than the 100 series and the 214 (I've had a few). By far the best sounding and most comfortable Taylor I've owned

So I have been looking at this guitar for a while. Finally decided to give it a try and ordered it. As usual, zZounds.com got it here super fast. Straight out of the box this guitar really sounds great. The smaller body size makes it very comfortable to play and the sound is both articulate and bright with just the right amount of low end as well. From finger picking to strumming and picking with a pick this thing really has a sweet sound. The finish is very nice as well. The spruce top is nice looking and the sound is really pleasing. I have played some very expensive guitars that don't sound as good as this little Taylor. I've had Martins, Takamines, Alvarez, Gibson, and this Taylor holds it's own with them all. For the price point you can't go wrong. The gig bag is very nice and sturdy as well and will be perfect for taking back and forth to gigs and keeping the guitar safe when not in use. Thanks zZounds for being such a great company to do business with as well. This is my 10th or so large purchase from them and I've never been let down.

This Taylor sounds amazing, but the shape of the body is so comfortable its hard to describe how good the craftsmanship is, the angles are perfect and id recommend any Taylor guitar
Sound
I have played dozens of acoustic guitars throughout the years and i own a Guild, an Alvarez and a 1968 Harmony. I have played Martins and Gibsons and i used to own a epiphone hummingbird which im sad i sold because those are very nice acoustics, but Taylors just have a certain ring and sustain that I have never heard before. And like i said its very comfortable in your arms and I never realized how important that is when playing for a long time at gigs.
