This thing is perfect in every aspect. It is so amazingly comfortable and the sound is absolutely crazy good! It sounds like I’m playing a bigger, more expensive, all solid wood instrument. The intonation is perfect and it stays in tune always. First time using zZounds and it was packed great and arrived super quick. Not much else to say about the thing other than it’s perfect

I received my guitar two weeks ago. I pointed out to customer support that part of my headstock vinear was unstained, Sent numerous pictures, and they claimed it was "blonde streaking" which is normal. But if any of you saw the picture, it is clear as day, not blonde streaking. I played a gig on sunday and it definitely didnt go unnoticed. Theyre solution was 25 dollars off and a pack of strings for a 900.00 guitar. It definitely wasnt the customer service I got when I had other faulty gear. They have definitely deterred me from dealing with them in the future.
