I've had this gorgeous kit since 04 brand new. Amazing dark deep sound no ping pong pong here. Gorgeous burnt red fade. Cherry wood on top I've been told. I love these drums and will keep them till the day I die. I was a young man then only 46 and full of energy when I bought this kit. I can still get the same kick ass sound now at 66 and the drums look like new amazing gorgeous like one of my hot girlfriends lol well love my Tama starclasic Birch kit 04 out.
