I will have to admit I was a little skeptical about buying a guitar sight unseen an even more skeptical about buying a guitar that I have never owned before. But with the help from there tech an after overwhelming knowledge of their product I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The neck is the straightest I've ever seen. The action is low enough but give you the option to bring it down even more without the neck bow problems. I do however have it tuned one step down. I'm not saying you have to do that, I just had a bad experience with a previous 12 string that they replaced 3 times due to the lower bridge coming off. Don't worry it wasn't this one lol. Now for the tone. The tone blew me away. it only took one strum the guitar sound was completely different... like made on a different planet or something. My wife's mouth fell open. The old guitar we had to mike to get it to sound like anything which is always a better idea but with the electronics in this guitar I'm plugged directly in the churches sound board and sounds fantastic. Our small orchestra has gotten a big sound improvement. Now there mad when 'm not there lol, What was the other guitar you ask? Luna trinity 12. They did replace it 3 times so they made it right but still :+/. I'm not saying you have to tune it down one step I'm just saying it works for me for a couple of reasons. 1) Lowers the overall pressure on the neck by a lot. 2) Strings last longer and have a richer sound and is a little easier to play - be your own judge. Happy playing I am required to rate the manufacture support which I have not used I hope they are worthy of the 5 rateing
