I plan to use this product for a long, long time.
Sound
The sound hole produces an nice, solid sound. Strings tend to over-vibrate but it gives it a classic sound.
Features
I didnt get anything with my guitar at all. Luckily I know how to tune it and ordered picks. The only cool thing about it is picking your color. I went with all black and I really like the look.
Quality
I think the quality is worth way more than I paid for it. Great, smooth finish. I'm guilty of being a little careless with it, but even if I tried it's almost impossible to dent up.
Value
Best buy for the price. I would pay more for it if I had to, but the price I got was the convincing point so I don't think it should be sold anymore expensive.
Manufacturer Support
I have not dealt with the company but I did send in for my warranty which should arrive soon and after only having my guitar a few weeks now I'd say I definately trust the Silvertone name.
The Wow Factor
Nice finish. 4 colors to choose from. Looks great.

"Great Value!"
I plan on using this guitar for a long time.
Sound
Clean, crisp sound. The sustain is remarkable.
Features
The package came with a nice tuner, picks, a string winder, a vinyl bag , a learning CD and 2 sets of extra strings. The CD is great. I am a beginner and found it to be very helpful. The vinyl case is almost useless. I keep mine in the box it came in. It makes a better case.
Quality
The guitar is really pretty. Mine had one tiny pit in the finish, but it is barely noticeable.
Value
I am very pleased with the guitar. I think it would be hard to find a better value in an acoustic.
Manufacturer Support
Silvertone's support has been great. There are backing tracks downloadable from their web site.

"Awesome sound...sometimes..."

Overall, a very nice, durable guitar. A great beginner's guitar because of the low action. But I'm not sure if there is any way to alter the bridge to keep strings from breaking constantly and I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix the dead spots on the fret board.
Sound
The sound of this guitar is awesome...there is only one major problem with the guitar, hence my 7 overall rating. The problem is that there are several "dead" spots on the fret board. I've used an allen key to try and adjust the neck, but it hasn't ever helped. Still, the sound is very bright, especially with light strings.
Ease of Use
Very easy to play...action is pretty low on its own, very little neck adjustment needed for action.
Quality
Here's where my argument is...the guitar is built very solid. Silvertone has been making very good, strong, durable guitars for a long time...but strings tend to break fairly easily, and as I mentioned before, the dead spots on the fret board drive me nuts.
Value
The sound and tone that this guitar gives definitely makes it worth the asking price...but those blasted dead spots!
The Wow Factor
Not a lead acoustic...but definitely a solid-toned strummer.
