Just warning people about the output problem. Go with some other software.
Sound
Can't get it to work. There is a bug which affects many users, there appears to be no way to get the output to work. Go to the steinberg site and read the forums. Not sure if it has to do with USB or what, but you cannot get output to sound through the software.
Manufacturer Support
Decent forums, but they won't create a patch to fix the problem.

"A Horrible Nightmare"
An unpleasant experience which has dragged on too long.
Sound
finally figured out how to fix latency. Not intuitive product to use.
Features
Downloadable plugins don't work 8 out of 10 times. i have only been able to get a piano and electric piano to work. I cant get free B3 plugins such as zr1 and zr3 to work, even though commercial demos such as B4 will work.
Value
its cheap enough, but unless you are a major egghead, you will have trouble being able to use it.

Forget about it. Consider the product as without support.

Well, I wish it worked. I need a easy to use app.
