"The Best Bang For Your Buck!!!"
Nothing is perfect, thats why I don't give out 10's that much, but for the price, you are getting one hell of a deal. If its just for the band room, on a small to large stage, or just adding these monitors as an external speaker cabinet, you cant go wrong. We play hard and they take every bit of it and keeps on rockin!!!
Sound
I have to say, when my singer was looking at getting a few new monitors, I was a bit skeptical. I figured that it was going to be a cheap monitor that we would blow the first time we started to thrash. Boy was I wrong. We play our originals as well as covers from top bands like Metallica, Megadeth, Godsmack and more. The SQ12M stands toe to toe with other high dollar monitors.
Features
Light weight, easy to set up and load. The SQ12M is very durable. We play out quit a bit and these monitors take the abuse of the road! The only turn offs is this. You can not daisy chain these monitors. That is the only negative think I can say. There is only one input for the monitor and that is a 1/4" jack. If this was wired for daisy chaining, I would have more of these on stage...
Ease of Use
Not much to say about this. Just run your cable from the amp staight into the monitor, power up and your done. Too easy...
Quality
This puppy is built road tuff. We book shows all over WV and these monitors are packed with all of the bands equipmet. It gets scratches, but that doesn't stop it one bit.
Value
Once again, for the price you can not go wrong. If you use an additional eq either before or after the amp, then from the amp to the monitor, you can fine tune the mix of the inputs (we run vocals, drums, and guitars) and have a killer stage sound coming back at ya... I've even used my two SQ12m through my old Crate PowerBlock in stereo mode to get a killer 2X12" cab sound. Just buy you a pair and see for yourself....
Manufacturer Support
I love the Tech support. That is the first thing that I like to do when researching information about products. How is their support line. I've called and just asked questions and they gave great answers. I've never had to call because of equipment problems. This is built to last...
The Wow Factor
Light weight, touch, great sound, and the price is just right... Change the wiring to be daisy chainable, and I will fill the stage with these lil' puppies.....

I was satisfied until we needed extra stage monitors and I realized I can't add them in parallel because of only one input.
Sound
great speaker EXCEPT it only has one input jack, limiting the ability to run extra monitors in parallel.
Features
Only ONE input

"Solid product but not long lasting"
I got these used so I don't know what kind of abuse they had but 1 12" was frozen So I replaced it and they have worked well for a dozen or so gigs. Just now I found the other 12" blown. We never got near the 160 watt limit Im sure. So thats 2 for 2 but I have to say I like the shape of these for floor use. They are built out of a sort of high density cardboard but as bad as that sounds it seems to hold up and works quite well. They certainly wont hold up for eternity compared to wood ply but I'd take these as similar durability to particle board but thinner walled lighter and maybe absorbs a clunk better. No second jack for daisy chaining but I added 1. It was easy. these are another reasonable compromise budget squier product. Well done.
