Purchased this to lighten my hardware bag. I've always liked Sonar gear, and zZounds had it for a great price. Got it, set it up and it's terrific - well worth the money (which wasn't much). It's light, quiet, fast and sets up/tears down in a snap. Don't know about the longevity of it, but we'll see down the road if it holds up. But for now, very glad I purchased this particular hi hat stand.
