this gets the job done for me until i get a digital cf or hd portable recorder in a few years.
Sound
recording live in pcm mode is the best quality imaginable in such a small device
Features
the removable media is inexpensive and excellent
being able to upload digitally to the mac is the whole point of having this device
Quality
shell could be better - plastic scratches and shows finger marks too easily

sony replaced my mznh1 - i thought that was a horrible machine = after owning it for 9 months, sony gave me my entire purchase price back!! - I used this plus $100 to get the mzm100 and I'm very happy
