I have several SKB cases. In fact all my 9 guitars have SKB cases mainly because they are so durable, I only get the molded hard shell cases, they can take a better beating then any wood case covered in tolex. They rip and tear and end up looking nasty after a while so I don't even mess with those cases. Haven't since they 1st came out many years ago. I put my Gibson and Fender original cases in storage so when I go to sell a guitar I have the original case for it and in pristine condition. I play out about 3-4 times a month so my cases need to be rugged. Just bought this one for an ES 335 I bought. Sweet guitar so it needs a good case that can get banged around on the road and keep the guitar well protected. Only cases I will buy, period! They are also lighter than wooded cases. Try one next time you need a case and you will see what I am talking about.

This case was warped. The box was so warm when I got it it seemed as though it came out of the microwave. When closed, the case had a 1/4 inch gap on the bottom back. This cat only has 2 hinges to hold it while open. POOR DESIGN. Waste of my time and money. I have a 335 type guitar that I want to travel with. Yeah, not with that junker. I have another SKB case that is fine, but this aint the one for you

This guitar was amazing right out of the shipping box it plays like a dream and tone for days im still messing with it to try new tones with each pick up but this guitar is a great value my only complaint is they should offer it with a hard case the gig bag is nice but I travel a lot so I need a hard case .

"Great case."

I'm confident this will be the last case I buy for my guitar.
Sound
Great case. Would be perfect if it offered slightly more storage space. I cannot fit my strap in the case along with spare strings etc. Other than that this series of SKB cases are the best I have found.
Features
Latches and design are top notch. Again, would rate this a 10/10 if the storage compartment was slightly larger.
Quality
Very road-worthy compared to cases with metal latches, which will always eventually fail. Lifetime warranty. SKB claims the latches are user-replaceable.
Value
Don't waste your money on lesser cases. This is THE best case available apart from a custom-built ATA road case.
