Great guitar. Very happy with it. Very light weight. Pickups sound great. Neck is smooth. Tone switch on top which I like. Excellent craftsmanship.

"There is no guitar for any amount of money that I would want to have except for one !"

I once owned a Gibson ES-446, which I have believed, since I purchased my 1st one in 2000 is Gibson's ultimate masterpiece , and the greatest, most amazing guitar ever produced by a guitar company. I miss that guitar more than I miss anything I've ever owned but don't own now. So one day I made a point to get on these AI bots, describe the particulars of the '446, its construction, weight, tone woods, resonance, neck shape, and every detail Of which I could dig-up from the canyons of my mind. Out of one of those AI bots popped up , "Sire Larry Carlton hollow body Q7. -Routed-out mahogany body, luxuriously lightweight , ultra resonant , medium jumbo frets, 25" scale-(only 1/4" longer than the '446. )carved top with extra thickness to mount a fixed bridge rather than a floating one that most iollowbodies have to have and tone/sustain that sings like the child of a cello and a coloratura soprano with endless sustain and so sensitive to the slightest stylistic nuance that it inspires a level of attentiveness to precision that only a '446 could produce. The big difference between a '446 and a Q7 is the '446 has a carved solid spruce top and trapeze tailpiece , and therefore has more acoustic volume, and a '446 isn't made these days, and a used one will cost $4k minimum. But I want to make clear that this Sire Larry Carlton Q7 is as wonderful an instrument as I will ever need, and as long as I have one available to play I don't need no steenkin' 446 or any other electric guitar, other than every once in awhile when a song requires a whammy a whammy bar . I'll likely buy another one like this one - just to explore new pickups and/or sonic innovations that may turn up on then horizon, but the guitar around my neck or on my lap will be a Q7 I'm pretty sure .
