I may experiment with another line of product. Shure makes great mics but because I new in this business. I may tr others.
Sound
The sound quality of this product is excellent compared to what I had to work with for the past year or two. It cost a little more but it was well worth the investment. I do enjoy it and so do my clients/followers who enjoy karaoke.
Features
It is used for vocals and to help me eliminate the use of cables or haviing cables all over the floor.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use.
Quality
for nearly 600 dollars, I would had hoped for it to be made of sturdier materials.
Value
It bit to pricey.
Manufacturer Support
Not applicable. I have not had to reach out to the maker of this product.
The Wow Factor
I simply enjoy the freedom from cables.

These are the best mics I have ever purchased in this price range. I've bought 2 sets and I'm getting ready to purchase a third set. We have had zero issues with drop outs, interference, or anything else here at the church. Tried other brands and have had nothing but problems.

I am not satisfied now and I just got it. I am already looking for something different.
Sound
The sound is good but it makes a lot of noise when handling the mic.
Ease of Use
It is easy to get sounds that you don't want it to pick up. It makes a lot of noise when you touch and hold the mic.
Quality
Don't waste your money on this one. Just spend a little more and get the sm58
Value
I would not pay $5.00 for this if I had tried it before I bought it.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't tried yet

"Please No, dont do it!"

I love Shure products and I actually have used the higher model SM58 wireless for a LONG time with great results. I recommend one of there higher end products with multiple selectable channels to ensure that you can find the right freq.
Sound
I would love to comment on the sound of the mics but I can not due to the fact that the signal was TERRIBLE. The mics were dropping out and we were less that 15 feet from the receiver.
Features
I would love to comment on the features of the mics but I can not due to the fact that the signal was TERRIBLE. The mics were dropping out and we were less that 15 feet from the receiver.
Ease of Use
There were easy to set up but most wireless mics dont require a degree to hook it up.
Quality
The physical quality was not that bad but it would not have matter if it was the best since the signal was so bad.
Value
I guess you get what you pay for BUT you can but a cheap Samson or even VocoPro and get a better product.
Manufacturer Support
I did not use the Shure support but I did contact the company that I bought the product from and they were little to no help.
The Wow Factor
Looks like an average mic.

"Looks good but delivers nothing"

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars

I am seeking now to replace the mike.
Sound
the sound is "tinny", much like the same sound you would get with two aluminum cans attached by a string. this is my second wireless Shure mike and the quality is much less than the least expensive wired mike from Radio Shack. I cannot use these mikes. I demand high quality sound, paid for it, and have thown my money away. They now are packed away in a drawer. I use my mikes with my personal karaoke equipment. RSQ SV222 Karaoke player, Sony 1011 receiver and Sony speakers. I am Robert Polplar, using email of Marti Burris.
Features
there is no way to adjust the volume on the mike or the receiver,
Ease of Use
as above -- this mike is the weak link in the product that I use.
Quality
I have no way of knowing. It appears to be well made.
Value
It would be over priced at $1.00 without having a good sound the product is worthless
Manufacturer Support
I have no way to contact Shure. I did call ZZounds and did not get satisfaction from my questions.
The Wow Factor
I bought the product because I was impressed with the fact that I could have two mikes together so we could do duets without having to hook up two separate mikes as we have been doing. I liked that idea as well as my previous satisfaction with the same product number Shurr single mike.
