The voices are crystal clear. Not extra sounds like noise or static.

There are not a lot of features.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use. Just plug it in and turn it on.
Quality
I haven't had it very long. It stays in the carrying case until another wedding comes up but it looks clean and tough. It is surprisingly light.
Value
Great value. I really put my faith in Shure when I bought this mic. I am very pleased with this product.
