I bought these pickups from zZounds and couldn't be happier. I'll start with the neck pickup. It is fantastic for playing Sweet Home Alabama, Chattahoochee, Hunger Strike and other songs without distortion. With distortion, the neck pickup can give you the Slash GNR sound for songs like November Rain or Blue Jean Blues. Now onto the bridge pickup. This is the best pickup I've ever played. It's hotter than a firecracker on the 4th of July. You can really play the solo to since I've been loving you well with this one. It just screams. AC DC riffs sound good but you gotta find the right setting on your Amp to do these pickups justice. This pickup breaks up well on a basic blues setting. It will break glass on a heavy metal setting. It just wails. It is a smidgen bright clean but what bridge pickup isn't. Just roll the tone down to 8 and you're good to go. These pickups are as good as the Seth Lovers or Hot Rodded Humbucker set. Honestly a little better. If you want to make you guitar scream, buy these. Don't forget, they can play cleans very nice as well.
