Bought these for my lower level RG 7-string and they are awesome! Makes the guitar sound worlds better than original. Bridge pickup is powerful and chunky and the sound of both is very nice and clear. All around very happy with the purchase.

So I bought these pickups to put in my Schecter Hades 7-FR after using the stock Brimstones for a while. The Brimstones are definitely killer pickups, but after putting in the Pegasus/Sentient set - WOW!!!! Completely smooths out the guitar and everything is super clear and more dynamic! On 7 string guitar clarity can be an issue, but not with these pickups. Every note rings true and every frequency is heard. For a big, thumping, yet clear 7 string sound....go with these. Also, when it comes to solo passages and those big 7 string shred runs, both pickups are clear as can be and the neck is LIQUID!!! As far as manufacturer support I have not had to contact Seymour Duncan on these, but I've dealt with them on other things and they are always great. Don't think twice....JUST GET 'EM!!!! \m/
