I bought this to replace an underwhelming ESP setup on my FrankenTele,and it changed the total character of the guitar.Clear,articulate,and powerful on all settings,this setup is perfect for technical players but when backed down on guitar volume mellows out a great deal,although not quite as warm as PAFs. By happy accident I wired my guitar for two volumes,1 tone so I’m happy how that turned out.Negatives: Seymour Duncan Rail pickups seem to have issues keeping the wire wrap from protruding past the plastic bobbins themselves,the Nazgul in particular had me using a Dremel on the pick guard to get the pickup to raise to proper level. I’ve a set of Wes Hauch Jupiter pickups with the same issue.other than that,no issues.

Just put these in my Jackson Rhoads Concord , I have Jupiter's in a LP and love them but the Concord is a much lighter guitar , No disappointment ! They compliment the lighter guitar beautifully, more mids , more highs and a growling low end with definition and power, effortless tapping.
