I use 3DME buds with a Sennheiser IEM system. The sound quality is awesome. My favorite feature is the ability to mix in ambient room sound using the built-in mics. I’ll set my mixer’s monitor send to only include my vocal mic, then blend in the rest of the band as much as I want. This gives a more realistic overall sound. The only complaint I have is that the wire clip for the belt pack often comes off. Therefore I’ve started putting the belt pack in my pocket. Not a huge deal, but somewhat annoying. Keep in mind that the 3DME belt pack doesn’t replace your IEM’s belt pack, so you’ll be wearing two packs. The 3DME system includes a jumper cable to connect the two.
