I am very satisfied with the x1 and I do not plan on selling it. I do how plan on buy 3 more new mic in a couple of weeks because I collect them for my mic cabinet.
Sound
I purchased the mic about a week ago and decided to give it a test run today. I must say this mic sounds great! The mid range sits the vocal right out front in my mix.
Features
It has a rubber coating that makes it scratch resistent and able to handle some tough handling in a studio environment. The bass roll off and padding switch is fantastic!
Ease of Use
I used a art pro channel and a m audio fast track ultra to capture my vocals. It was really simple to use.
Quality
This mic sound as good as the nuemann Tlm 102 which I own in my mic cabinet. I am very satisfiied with it's quality
Value
This mic is very affordable and it sound better than most mic that are above it's price range.
Manufacturer Support
Great.
The Wow Factor
Good.
