Extremely pleased with both the instrument and the service. I live in the Western Maine Foothills of Oxford County (the middle of nowhere), yet the guitar was delivered 24 hours after I placed the order - and in perfect condition. Always been a Seagull fan anyway, and this one is a no-frills, no-nonsense little gem. Sounds much bigger than it is with PLENTY of bottom end and full, well-rounded tone. Great timbre, all the sustain that one could want, very comfortable neck. Please note that because this is a very basic, no frills guitar, that some of the categories below (features, wow factor) are not relevant.
