This guitar came to my house flawlessly. When I held it in my hands, and started playing I knew I made the right choice. I have small hands and need a neck that's not too big. If it's too small (think evh guitar) or to thin, it usually causes discomfort to my hands. The neck is perfect to me. The sound is incredible. I was sceptical about emgs because typical 81s don't cut it for me. They aren't alive enough for my ears and seem to be missing something. These blew me away. They cause my amp (blackstar Id stereo 100) to break up just right. The bridge is perfect for searing leads. Bridge middle rhythm, and if your like me, you're tired of picking up the tired old strat Everytime you want that single coil glory you only get from a strat. This does everything I need and more for progressive type metal to srv to good old fashioned blues. And again, I can't say how blown away I am with these pickups. And it came already set up with really low action. Stellar guitar.
