I've been wanting a bass like this for a while. Now I can Play Going for the One by YES authentically. It's very well built and sounds amazing. And what a great price. I'm very happy with this bass.

I own several basses and thought I would try an 8 string. I find this bass to have nice tone with the EMG pickups and a very nice EQ section. the bass is very heavy as it needs to be with the added strings. finish is not the best and hardware looks cheap. over all its a nice bass, has a cool sound for 70 style music and some funk.
