I sold my standard telecaster, bought this and put 300$ in change in the bank and? I like this better than my fender. This guitar looks,sounds and feels like a 1,000$ guitar. Plays effortlessly,pickups are beefy and musical both clean and dirty.I have now replaced all my fenders with Schecters.

Schecter is the standard of guitars and basses, this is the 4th instrument I own by them(2 basses and 1 accustic guitar and now this). This is a QUALITY build fro. The tuners to the strap pegs. Sounds amazing with or without effects. The three way switch and the tone and volume knobs give you so much versatility for your sound. The frets as to be expected from Schecter are smooth and round no sharp edges, the neck is thin and very fast, you can really get around the fret board quickly. It came packaged like it was going to war, great job zZounds. The price point on this thing super reasonable. Did I mention the sound the deep bluesy sounds are to fall in love with. Turn the gain up and look out!
Sound
The sound quality is a 10+, it really responds to my playing style which is somewhere in the blue/rock zone, but this can do any genre.
Features
This guitar was built for a higher budget then the asking price. This could easily be a $900 guitar.
Ease of Use
She plays like a beast, no learning curve if you play guitar or are learning to play guitar this is for you. Once you pick it up its really hard to put down and I am a bass player, who love to thump the strings but this could maybe make me switch.
Quality
This is super well made, in the age of everything is disposable, this is not one of those things, you can feel the craftsmanship the attention to detail and the set up before it was sent was on point. I plugged and played tuning was right on.
Value
This is more than worth the selling price, I might have to grab another one before they change there minds and up it. The down and dirty on it is if you play guitar already this is great to gig with or jam in a studio or around the house. If your new to guitar I dont see a better instrument then this to start with, you will want to pick it up and attempt to play and the price is right if your the person buying as a present.

I bought this for my niece as a birthday present. It's her first "Real Guitar". She is elated. I couldn't be happier with it. For $400, this will last her at least until college.This feels good to play. It came setup really well. I didn't have to tweak the intonation or truss rod. It stays in tune. The humbuckers sound good. The rosewood fretboard is so much better then pau ferro. The body is a thick classic telecaster body.
