Let me start by saying that this guitar looks amazing at first glance but dig a little deeper and you will see flaws that u should not see on a $1600 instrument. The routing around one of the volume knobs is too broad and u can see the tone wood underneath at close inspection. Also the nut on the right side hangs over a tad, there as some kind of residue on the pickup mounts, the screws on one of the back plates are nearly stripped, and the nut had to be filed due to a g string buzz. You do not expect a perfect setup on a factory guitar but the arrival setup was horrendous. As far as the way the instrument sounds this is the only reason I have not sent it back, it sounds phenomenal. A real metal machine with plenty of low end growl and low tuned definition.I did however expect more from schecter for this price range it being the the 4th one I have owned in my lifetime and may never buy Schecter again.
