SOUNDBRENNER CORE - BUYER BEWAREAfter ten months using my Soundbrenner Core it stopped vibrating. I contacted Rose in their warranty department. She gave me a list of four of five settings to check on my phone app. I use the core separate from the phone app. After checking these settings I reported it still would not vibrate. Not in the warranty agreement,Hong Kong based Soundbrenner, asked me to make a video of the core interacting with the app. Being an older person living alone I do not have a video set up so I sent them a screen shot of the phone app, a picture of the core, and proof of purchase. This was not sufficient and they refused to honor the warranty. Vibration is the unique feature of the core. Because it broke after ten months and their onerous warranty demands I would not recommend purchasing the Soundbrenner Core
