I am very pleased with my Samson Airline Micro Camera Wireless lapel microphone. I make videos of live honey bee operations. Since every "player" is wearing a protective veil, it is necessary to use a wireless mike and the lapel mike is small and is not in the way of what the beekeeper is doing. The sound of the Samson Micro Camera wireless is just great! Since this video is used for instruction of other beekeepers, it is very important that the voices come across distinctly. I believe that the Samson is the best mike I have ever used for this application. Perhaps the only "music" coming across is the sound of the bees. Oh well, it provices nice background "music"!

If your situation does not require clean audio and you can tolerate the noise from the mic being ever present in your recording, then this may work for you. The form factor is nice and small and it is packaged well, providing everything you need. However, I need to record narrative for film and the noise is unacceptable. I may keep it for the rare occasion that I do not care about the noise or to figure out how to get cleaner recordings with a not so great wireless mic.
