I will probably have this product for less than a year before i save up 300 for the line 6 g30 wireless system.
Sound
The sound clarity of this compared to cable is just great. The only bad thing i have to say about it, is that it adds some reverb to your tone. Now, this might be bad for you, but for me it adds a sort of "uniqe-ness" to my tone. The reason it gets this reverb is because of all the frequencies around it that the receiver picks up. So i gave it an 8 because its not perfect, but its great.
Features
The Range of this product is crazy!! I had the receiver in the upstairs room in the front of the house, and took my guitar and transmitter to the complete opposite end of the house down stairs. Now while i took the guitar and transmitter downstairs, i made it so my phone was recording the sound from my amp and signal status of the receiver upstairs. I played different things in different parts of the house, and the video showed that the signal strength was 100% the whole time! And the sound sounded spectacular as well! Also, it includes true diversity, which means if one of the two antennas is getting a better/stronger signal, it automatically switches over to that antenna, silently. Also, the transmitter has a METAL clip, very high quality.
Ease of Use
This is incredibly ease to hook up and play in less than 2 minutes. You just have to make sure your sound level indicator doesnt turn red while you're playing chords or anything with the top 3 strings. If it does, you just have to adjust the gain level on the inside of the transmitter counter-clockwise with the included screwdriver until the indicator doesnt hit the red.
Quality
The transmitter/receiver ARE made of plastic. However, if you take care of it properly, you should have no problems. I have had it for a few weeks now and it is holding up exceptionally well. If anything happened to it i would go pick another one up right away.
Value
For the price, this thing is a steal. Most Wireless Systems in this price range don't even feature True Diversity, or antennas for that matter!
Manufacturer Support
I did not have to deal with Samson... therefore I cannot give this a 10..
The Wow Factor
It looks cool, The antennas are very adjustable, and the LED's look pretty professional.

there is nothing i don't like about the samson st5 it's solid sounds great and gives me some freedom of the guitar chord
Sound
Locked in with my allen woody rumblekat and 200 watt gk i get great sound throught out the spectrum deeper lows and more rumble and sustain for the hollow bodied "woody"
Features
everything i need to make the sansomn st5 work were in the box all the featuires seem to be easily accessible the only problem is that the instrument cable doesn't lock into the transmitter like some other wireless systems
Ease of Use
as i said before the sound is great (in my mind) very simple to use and the manuel is simple to understand for geat sounds plug it adjust your amp and you are ready to go
Quality
this instrument seems to be well made of course the cases fort the transnitter and reciever are both plastic when metal would be better but for the price it's quite nice.i'm sure it's road worthy as long as it is handled with care
Value

Just getting my feet wet in wireless guitar playing, but the freedom of no cables to trip over is sooooooooooo awesome!
Sound
The quality of this product really impressed me.It is lightweight,(plastic),but, it still will hold up playing out,if you take care of it.The price you cannot beat @ $99.00 and free shipping. The sound is just as if you were hard-wired in.
Features
I only had a few complaints, there was supposed to be a plastic screwdriver included to adjust gain control, and a cord to connect the guitar to the transmitter. They did not come with it.I contacted zZounds who contacted Samson, and the cable was supplied to me at no additional cost,(except for wait time).All- in- all,I was finally satisfied in the end.
Ease of Use
Plug and play, couldn't get any easier, once you have all the components.
Quality
It is all plastic so if you take care of it ,it will last.
Value
Well worth the money for the amateur ,or just starting out wireless.
Manufacturer Support
zZounds is the best. They went to bat for me with the manufacturer (when missing guitar-to-transmitter cable), Samson, the manufacturer took care of me VERY quickly.
The Wow Factor
Everything it's impressive looking, and works very well.

Bought this to go wireless on a budget. Read the previous reviews and the vast majority were spot on. I read so many reviews of other wireless systems that complained about loss of tone, but there was no loss of tone with this. The only downside is the "echo" or reverb effect when using a high gain amp. Not sure what causes it, but it is not noticeable when playing with a band. The "echo" or reverb is not present when running clean. Ran this through a Fender twin reverb, a Laney AOR, and a Bugera 333XL and there was no noticeable affect on sound versus cable.
