Samson Resolv 80A Monitor Customer Review

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
Perfect in the low en mid range. Sometimes the high end gets a bit mixed up with the mid-range if I compare them to my B&W's. But, for this price it's a great system. Wouldn't recommend any other active monitors for these prices. If you can get your hands on a pair it's not a bad buy!
Ease of Use
works fine.
Quality
It seems that they will last a long time.

"samson resolve 80a look and sound great"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
for me, these are for the next hundred years :)
Sound
these speakers are good for producing/listing. No distortion what so ever, even at very high volume levels! The whole spectrum is audioble even when you set the volume level really low. Try that with ordinary speakers and al you hear are the higher sounds. But not with these. Good bass-response on all volume levels. Very flat frequency karakteristics.
Features
The look says it all... Great and strong! And that's just how they sound too.
Quality
made real though ! black finish.. looks really cool.
Value
worth it?.. it's beautyfull!
Manufacturer Support
none needed so far :D

"Switches off at low volumes"

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'll sell them and buy others, because of the switch off thing.
Sound
The sound is ok.
Features
Automatically switches off when you listen at low volume. It's just very very annoying.
