"Lousy handling mic"

Sound
It sounds decent, but for the price I totally prefer a Shure ANY day of the year. The handling noise is extreme. The handling noise will out do the vocals. Even on a stand, if your cord lightly taps the base of the stand its on, it sounds thru the speakers REALLY loud. Not good, I even prefer my cheap V-Tech mic over this. If you are on a budget Like a REALLY big budget i would totally recomend the VTech 1030,1040, 1050. They sound great and handle pretty well(not as good as a shure, or sennheiser but for the price I'm not complaining). and are like $20 if you can find them online and they come with a cord.
Value
value isn't good if you can buy a nady i'd say go for it over this anyday
