This kit was easy to setup, is very well constructed and feels great to play. The mesh heads were totally worth the extra cost of the KV model and the rack and hardware allows for any drummer to position things to suit their style best. They look as great as they play and anyone who sees then can't keep their hands off them. Nice job to Roland on the kit and especially to zZounds for making it easy for this very happy customer to get them to my door!

I love this kit. It probably does everything the more expensive Roland sets do at a much better price. I am coming from a td8 module - the newer modules with the Natural sound are much more expressive with ghosts and accents.I love the rack - as I can get everything in real tight - no reaching to get to anything.I highly recommend this kit - Roland is the best electronic kit out there.They are the Rolls Royce. I have tried the 2 other closest competitors Yamaha and Alesis, but Roland wins. Better cymbals, hi-hat controllers, and natural sound feature.The only 1 negative is only 1 extra aux port. I know of a way to split this out to a tom/cymbal (drumsplitters.com) - haven't figured how to split to 2 cymbals however. I would have liked at least 2.But you can program different kits to contain different drums& cymbal combo'sand switch between sets as required for the song. I encourage all e-drum users to fiddle - create your own kits - try different ambience, threshold, sensitivity settings to dial into your style and preferences.

I'm not one to feel at home on alternative musical instruments, but the Roland drumkit series is absolutely amazing to say the least. Stopped in and played these at a local store and decided to switch from my old kit to these in a heartbeat.

I got this kit a couple of days ago and love it! I replaced my Yamaha DTX450K set with these and there’s no comparison. The mesh heads feel more realistic and are a lot quieter. Only one thing I think could be better - the tom tom heads would be better if they were 8” like the snare and floor tom. Other than that observation, I totally recommend this kit. Cheers

I can't review the product itself because this is a Christmas present for my husband. Although, I can review the price and service which were both amazing!!!! I had written them because I could not afford the monthly payment and they gave me an amazing deal!!! I would definitely order from zZounds again. I also received the product within days. I couldn't believe how great their service was. I wish every company had their service. Job Well Done!!!!
