I was really impressed with the condition of product! Practically brand new! I've used it many times already , and I just love ! Great grip! Easy to use . I love the fact that cords can be hidden out of the way . I mean cord can be internal / inside pole, and out of the way, which is perfect ! Works perfectly with Rode Blimp!

The RODE boom pole is fantastic. It is very well made and more sturdy than I expected for the price. I purchased it because I am so happy with the RODE blimp I purchased last year. I have several RODE mics and recommend RODE very highly.

"Worst boom pole I’ve ever used"

Ridiculous design does not clamp the pole when you tighten it, requiring you to leave several inches of each section extended at a time so you can make adjustments - one handed loosening/tightening of the boom is absolutely impossible. Really disappointed to find out this is not an isolated incident and that this issue plagues these booms. The boom itself is actually really solid when fully extended and makes it even more maddening that they’ve devised such a poor system for adjustment. 0/10 do not recommend making this purchase. Their micro boom pole is actually decent for what it is. Sad to say even the cheap Neewer booms smoke this in functionality.
